This young tree is no longer supported by its stakes and is leaning heavily into the road. It needs stabilising.

Three separate reports have been made over the past few weeks about the need to re-stake this tree, and each time the response has been 'investigating.' No apparent investigations have been undertaken and the tree is near collapse. Remedial work required.
