I recently just moved in to flat B 35 Lowfield road. I would like to report that the tree in property A is unsafe and tided up with chain and rope to the fence. The tree is the size of the house and when I moved it we had bad weather and this tree is smashing against my kitchen window which is not double glazed and the top window where my disabled sons room is. This is disturbing his sleep, in the winter will my window be smashed as the tree is so big and strong? And with bad weather will the tree collapse in the next doors garden as that’s the way the tree is leaning? I did call up and report over a month ago with no response or reference number.
