Cycle lane going Downhill on Haverstock Hill - particularly top section - so opposite BP garage (petrol station)

The new cycle lane on Haverstock Hill - heading down the hill, particularly the section higher up the hill is bumpy. This should be brand new smooth tarmac but it is smoother to ride in the road. Are you able to help / investigate and if you agree, recall the contractors to remedy?
