Outside number 1 Skipworth Buildings

There is a large tree that has not been trimmed or pruned for around 7 years the last time this was reported there where cars blocking the tree so the works could not take place. Resident has advised previously when works where carried out a parking suspension would be in force. The cars that blocked the pruning previous where number 6 Radcliff and 25 Radcliff Buildings, they may be at work so please give 48 hours notice. Please Trim the tree as short as possible as tenant is worried it may not be trimmed for a long time going forward
