Border between Grove End Lodge and Denyer House

There have always been 2 bollards. One, the one that is standing now and another one, between the existing one and the external gate of Grove End Lodge / Denyer House. In 2022 this one was removed, creating a "motorway" for electric bikes, scooters and other fast travelling vehicles that continue from Denyer House, on the public footpath, towards Chetwynd road. They go very fast and this has cause a few near miss. Urgent action is required to reinnstate the old bollard.
