Outside 19 Leighton Crescent NW5 2QY

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9148018.

There is a tree planted on the pavement outside 19 Leighton Crescent which is partly blocking and narrowing the public footpath to width of approx 2ft and it is even narrower when waste bins are positioned outside. In wet weather this can be quite difficult for elderly folk. Please consider removing the tree and planting a new tree in a wider pavement space.

    Our records show this tree has been in place since 2012. We plant the right tree in the right place; Site evaluation and design is essential in ensuring that we maximise the benefits that trees provide. Relocating this tree is not an option, however it is due for programme inspections/maintenance as part of the 3 yearly programme this year 2026/27. Any necessary works will be scheduled as part of programme.
