Outside 49 Heath St on Holly Hill

I have reported this twice now and the report has been updated by the council to ‘no further action’ (9117017). As per my last report, following the attendance of two council contractors two days ago, the root of the problem, which is a broken drain, has not been addressed. The cement the contractors poorly applied has already broken away. They have raised the paving slab to a height which now presents a very serious trip hazard. Unless this is addressed asap somebody could potentially injure themselves. Please ensure this is urgently and effectively repaired.
