Failed road repair. The repair has subsided over time and the surface is visibly cracked and broken. Each time a heavy vehicle — particularly buses — crosses the defect it produces a sharp impact causing ground-borne vibration sufficient to shake doors and windows in the adjacent residential building where we live. The defect has been present for approximately three months.
