This issue has been reported 2 weeks' ago and reportedly fixed, however when passing 2 days ago it was the same. The illuminated sign in photograph alerting drivers to cyclist joining road (if I saw correctly) or at least slowing down is turned the other way and not working. I witnessed a near-collision of cyclist with HGV due to driver not slowing down at all, despite cycling path joining road. Some awareness needs to be raised and clarified who has right of way if this is the case.
