There is a road sign indicating load limit. It has a small light at the top which is on during daytime. The sign is dirty and both sign and light are partially obscured by the foliage of a tree. I have noticed this for the past couple of weeks, early afternoon on Saturdays

NB: I had to report this as a problem with railings otherwise I wasn't able to progress to the next screen. But it is nothing to do with railings, only a street sign (for drivers)
