Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9006713.

Road junction where merton lane meets highgate west hill, has been fully blocked by two sets of orange Road cones and a road closed sign. However there is only one way to exit Merton Lane, so the road cannot be blocked for exit. At thr other end of Merton lane the left os no entry abd thr right is a private road.
