Uneven and loose paving slabs are present outside 10B Kidderpore Avenue, NW3 7DA, Hampstead Manor, at the Willoughby House garage gate, creating a potential trip hazard for pedestrians.

A resident has submitted a complaint stating that their child narrowly avoided tripping over the affected slab.

Urgent remedial action is requested, due to the high volume of pedestrian traffic in this area, particularly children who attend the nearby school adjacent to the church.
