On the corner of Russell Square and Bedford Way

The spikes at the bottom of the tree consistently collect rubbish, which is never removed and only continues to accumulate. The tree has effectively become a bin and presents an unsanitary and unsafe condition—not only for adults, but especially for children, pets, and wildlife. Our suggestion is to trim the spikes and clean the tree accordingly, ensuring its longevity and overall well-being.
