A large piece of concrete size of a fist or larger feel from 167 outer wall onto the pavement this morning at about 08:45 as I was walking west to east on the same pavement if I was 2 seconds later arriving at the point of concrete fall ℹ would be in hospital now with a broke skull. Thank you.
