I am writing to formally dispute the status of the report regarding the pavement outside No. 37a. Although the state has been changed to "Fixed," I can confirm that the hazard remains present and dangerous.

The pavement slab is still loose and unstable; stepping on one corner causes the other side to lift, creating a severe trip hazard. As this is located directly outside a day nursery, this is a matter of significant public safety. We have already witnessed several individuals trip while carrying young children.
