Outside communal door of 87 Albany Street

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8788946.

The property has been experiencing a severe leak into the bedroom which has been ongoing for some time and has now rendered the bedroom redundant.

We have instructed two separate engineers who had investigate the property for an active leak and were not able to find any evidence that it was being caused internally. The current tenant has confirmed that the leak is only active when there is heavy downpour.

I have attached the photos of the leak shared by our contractor along with the written report both.

Both engineers have confirmed that the leak is due to a external issues, likely to be from the paving slabs in front of the communal entry, as this falls outside of the landlord bounda

  • The issue is still outstanding and is causing significant damage to the property.
