I contacted the Canal & River Trust about this issue, but they confirmed it isn’t their responsibility. They also shared the attached map showing the boundaries. The area to the left of the green line, where the issue is located, falls outside their responsibility.

    As it does not come up on our maps
    Our inspectors believe it would be Crown Estates
