Hi,

I have been repeatedly reporting this tree needs pruning for two years now. It is very overgrown and causing difficulties in the road as well as blocking almost all the light from my flat when in leaf. I was promised it would be pollarded on 2024 and 2025. Tree works were booked on 9th January but the tree outside No 20 was not pruned (I think because Thames Water were conducting works in the road). Please can you urgently re-book the contractors to come and prune it ASAP? It cannot wait a 4th year! Plenty of other trees have been done nearby but not the one needing doing the most. Please re-book the tree works ASAP and let me know. Thank you.
