Ongoing Issue(3months): Bikes continue to be locked against the historic handpost. The road and pavement in this area are already narrow, which raises concerns about obstruction and poses a potential risk for school traffic. Would it be possible to install signage indicating "No Bicycle Parking" to help prevent issue.
