Manhole repair was not done well and is sinking again and cover is loose

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8678854.

The manhole cover repair that was done last year is already failing. Needs a thorough fix. The manhole is loose and is sinking.
