Towpath entrance opposite St Mark’s Church on Prince Albert Road

Reported via iOS in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 10:12, Saturday 10 January 2026

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8660647.

There has been a significant drop in two sections of paving near entrance to the ramp leading down to the towpath. This has created a serious trip hazard and has rendered the ramp unusable for people with accessibility needs, including wheelchair users.

The issue is located at the towpath entrance opposite St Mark’s Church on Prince Albert Road. The uneven paving is immediately adjacent to a set of steps, meaning that anyone who stumbles is at risk of falling down the steps and sustaining serious injury.

This is a key access point, and its current condition presents an unacceptable safety and accessibility risk. Urgent repairs are required to reinstate a safe, level surface and restore proper access as soon as possible.

If you are not the appropriate contact to action this, please forward this report to the relevant team or individual responsible and confirm who it has been passed to.
