The bollard here has been struck by a vehicle again, causing the pavement to lift. This is a safety concern and needs to be addressed.

Please ensure the bollard is replaced and that the new installation matches the size and height of the surrounding bollards. The previous repair used a shorter bollard, which was noticeably inconsistent with the others.
