The neighbours at number 30-40 have been suffering from a persistent, annoying, disruptive, disturbing, continuous noise that is affecting our lives. Please could Camden borough take responsibility for keeping the neighbours awake at night? This is a residential and more over, and oncology hospital area, where people are sick, and also get sick from convulsing noises like this one. Please Could you help us?
