Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8638936.

This is the third time I’m reporting this and nothing has been done. The hole is now open- the cover is gone again. It is a trip and fall hazard especially with the icy and wet conditions now. Please can you send someone to put a replacement cover on this hole? Thank you for your prompt attention to this hazard. We have a very elderly woman in our house and many people in the sidewalk who could be injured. Thanks Diane
