Cycle path - where painted blue -

There are 2 blue painted areas on the cycle path - the one at the location I have provided and one before this, further down the hill. Both of these blue patches are very icy. I was cycling here on Friday morning 2nd January 2025 - it was about 1 degree, the tarsealed paths were fine - but as soon as I hit the blue patch my bike just came out from under me. I looked at the paths and the blue areas only are very very slippery. I have been cycling for years and this is not really how a cycle path should be.
