  • I have witnessed 2 cyclists slip over on the ice in this area this morning. Another passerby said she had seen 3 other cyclists fall this morning. There is something wrong with the design of this area. It is a shallow dip at the junction, drainage is poor and in icy conditions it seems to become a cold spot and the junction becomes an ice rink. The area was not gritted. Someone will have a nasty accident soon if nothing is done about it.
