Close to Waterhouse

Reported via desktop in the Low/overhanging branches category anonymously at 14:12, Wed 10 December 2025

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8529255.

Report of an ongoing issue regarding tree branches and leaf fall over the laundry roof at the sheltered housing scheme in Waterhouse Close. The roof continues to suffer from water ingress, and it is believed that the accumulation of leaves and debris is contributing to the problem.

It was initially thought that the tree in question was located within the grounds of one of two nearby schools. However, as shown in the attached correspondence, neither school has accepted responsibility for it.

Could you please advise on how we should proceed from here? We would welcome an assessment of the tree’s location and any appropriate action that can be taken to prevent further damage to the roof and disruption to residents.
