Overgrown and unkept grass area outside flat which is affecting my ability to close/open my windows and balcony. This has been ongoing for several months.

    Trees on the St Pancras Way Estate have recently been inspected as part of our 3 year maintenance programme for 2025/26 and necessary works have been scheduled.

    There is limited information on your enquiry as to what the issue is and a location. However, all trees have been inspected with the intention for the tree contractor to carry out works by March 2026.
