29 Mill Lane

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 19:52, Tue 2 December 2025

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8493837.

Unsure as to whether image has loaded properly, and if it has, apologies it is blurry.

The hedge within 29 Mill Lane needs pruning/trimming, as it is causing an obstruction on the pavement for pedestrians trying to pass.

If the image hasn't uploaded I can try again.

Updates

  • There is a pothole in the road opposite the Alliance pub (the road heading towards Shoot-Up Hill). This is a road with heavy traffic, many buses and fire engines go past. I live in Gondar Mansions - the block across from the pot hole and the walls shake when trucks / buses go over this pot hole. Please fill in this pot hole soon. I am concerned about cracks forming in the walls of our property as a result of this pot hole.

  • Is this the pothole you reported on 17 December and it wasn't fixed as I hit the pothole on the evening of 19 December and reported it the following day after realizing the pothole crocked my vehicle. The exact location is outside Smart dry cleaning 36, and I would imagine the report you made on the 17 December referring to this pothole that fits the description based on the depth and size of it. When I last checked it on Monday 22/12/2025, still wasn't filled in...

  • There appears to have been some attempt to fill the pot hole but it was such a shoddy attempt that the pot hole has returned. PLEASE can the Council do something about this. There are so many reports about this specific pot hole from concerned residents. It is damaging cars and a real constant nuisance for neighbours.
