From West End Lane to West Hampstead Station

I am writing to formally report the ongoing disruption caused by the street works taking place from West End Lane to West Hampstead Station. It has now been over a month since these works began, and the traffic situation has become unacceptable.

Every single day, the congestion in this area results in delays of 30 minutes or more, creating a constant traffic jam from early morning onwards. I travel to work by bus through this route, and due to these ongoing delays, I am consistently arriving late. This has now begun to affect my employment, as I am facing salary deductions through no fault of my own.

I fully understand that roadworks are sometimes necessary, but the lack of proper traffic management, alternative routing, or timely completion is causing serious disruption to residents, commuters, and workers. The situation has gone on long enough and needs urgent attention.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter as soon as possible and take appropriate action to reduce the delays, improve traffic flow, or provide a clear timeline for when this work will be completed. The current situation is simply not sustainable.
