Outside no 19. a pothole and sinking. It is not visible in the dark. my bicycle front wheel and I was tipped off my bike. I was hurt. I have two independent witness. if this is not reaired within three days, I'm afraid I will have recourse to legal action in pursuit of personal damages

This pothole has appeared recently outside No 19 Wadham Gardens. The road has sunk revealing gravel infilling and a deep cavity. It is invisible in the dark. KLast night my bicycle wheel went into the pothole and I was thrown off it. I was shaken. Two independent witnesses have given me their details. I trust that this will be rectified within a few days. If not, with regret, I would consider taking legal action for damages
