Outside Cabman’s Shelter

The drain seems blocked as waste water from the Taxi Shelter runs on the pavement instead of down the drain. It has happened last year as well. After reporting the problem a team of operatives attended and pumped not the drain in question but the 2 nearest drains on the pavement as they seem to be connected underground.
