Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8472993.

There is a removable bollard in the cycle lane that joins Brill Place to Phoenix Road.

This is unlocked (the padlock has been removed and lost). This means the bollards is routinely removed so that the cycle lane can be used by vehicles.
