Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8469368.

According to Thames Water this is groundswater seeping through the wall. Reported to Thames Water Aug 23. Thames Water performed a number of investigations and replaced part of their old valves. Water ingress didn't stop. Thames Water analysed the water for ammonia and chlorine. Oct 17 the results from the lab came as negative. Thames Water reports that the source must be groundswater or stormdrain leakage seeping from the under the road into the vaults.
