A Virgin Media utility box has been left open next to a children’s playground for several weeks. It’s potentially dangerous but it hasn’t been closed after reporting several times via their automated number.

  • Thank you for your email. Virgin Media have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Virgin Media and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
