Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8425155.

A man came yesterday to do the drains. He lifted the man hole cover and didn't put in down properly, it was flush to the paving. Now it's sticking up. I have a disabled, pensioner mother and it's a trip hazard.
