Street furniture bollards, corner of Denmark and St. Giles High Streets

The knee height bollards here are a serious safety concern. For a partially sighted (or less) person this is a genuine hazard. I fell over one of these on Monday evening (27/10) and have seriously bruised and painful ribs and damage to the shopping I had recently collected. It was dark at 17:45 when the incident happened, and for the record I was not buried in my 'phone, rather looking ahead to see where I was going. Clearly they are not intended to prevent motor vehicle access.
