Grafton road next to better leisure

This pothole the brick laid part of road on traffic light has come off as i turned into left turn prince of wales road. the brick dragged with my bike lifted my rear to be in the air and swang me 180 in the air causing me to drop on my back as im trying to control with bike with one leg. bike landed on me while i hurt my spine my left leg and my neck. this problem has caused my bike to me damaged and i wont pay for this. since this is not my fault. the pictures are traffic wardens and they told me to report this asap. you can get in touch with witnesses they will tell you the truth it has caused scratches and damages on my bike which was a clean bike for a 2015 and a one owner bike before me. my little brother has emailed and complained on my behalf yet no one wanted to help. this is camden councils fault for not fixing it even the traffic wardens told me this has been a problem. i can prove new pictures of my bike if needed please email or contact soon as possible as this is not fair and if it was a someone from camden council who had this same accident they would sort out the problem asap. the accident has left me in a lot of pain and i still had to go to work. my plate number on AU15TNK. red yamaha Nmax.
