Cabinet door was leaning against the box and never secured and now it appears to have been stolen exposing the wires causing a significant risk to local services.

  • Thank you for your email. Virgin Media have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Virgin Media and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
