Outside primary school

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8201390.

Paving slabs have been lifting due to tree roots , Camden repairs have been down to patch up pavement with cement but the cements cones away this is a serious health and safety issue as we had a parent fall and hurt themselves really bad please can you help
