We submitted earlier that the you tree needed re-staking as the stakes got lose off the ground. although it was nicely fixed by your team last week, the stakes again got lose and the tree isn't enough supported. we would appreciate if you could send the team again to reinforce the stakes better or even use a third stake. kind regards

    It has been almost almost two weeks and noone attended the tree. it is getting worse. you can now clearly see when there is strong winds the tree is completely lose as the stakes needs foxing
