Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8185517.

I reported previously that 2 bollards have had padlocks removed and not replaced. I received an email from you stating that the padlocks had been fitted and job was closed. But there's still no locks on the bollards.
