Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8181950.
The tree outside #22 has not been lopped / pruned at the top in over 10 years and needs proper maintenance. It is now very tall (higher than the houses), and it is leaning significantly to one side. There are also very low hanging branches which are a problem for lorries. Passing lorries have hit the leaning tree and caused damage to the tree trunk and hit the low lying branches. In the recent high winds earlier this week it looked precarious. In addition, there are drains nearby which are likely being compromised by the tree roots. The tree trimmers from the Council that come around have only cut off a token low lying branch. The tree outside #24 has also not been lopped for over 10 years. Can you please advise if and when future works are planned to address this issue? Thank you for your attention.

Thank you for your enquiry and please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Trees in Shirlock Road are managed on a 3 year inspection/maintenance programme which is due as of April 2026/27. Some trees are managed on our 2 year pollarding programme.
The Silver birch outside 22 will be inspected and scheduled necessary works as part of the 26/27 programme. Records show that general pruning works with crown lifting were carried out in May 2024.
The Ash tree outside numbers 24/26 is also scheduled for inspections/works as part of the 26/27 programme. This tree received crown lifting in May 2024.
Please visit the council's tree website for more information on our maintenance programme and policy.
Kind regards
