Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8158088.

I reported 8 July, Fixmystreet ref: 7828483 (you incorrectly recorded address "outside judges walk house") and 9 September, Fixmystreet ref: 8140844. "Residents are planting bushes blocking the footpath ... and state that they have an agreement with Camden to do this." On 2 Sep Camden emailed me "investigated and fixed". On 9 Sep Camden answered "if it's in the tree pit it's allowed".

It's NOT in the tree pit, but all over 20 metres of the footpath including 20 or so 2 metre bushes.

Nothing has changed and the footpath is still impassable. Please tell me if the residents have an an agreement with Camden to do this. Thanks.
