Outside house Capo di Monte, Windmill Hill NW3 6RJ
Reported via desktop in the Other tree issue category anonymously at 11:02, Tue 9 September 2025
Sent to Camden Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8140844.
I reported 8 July, Fixmystreet ref: 7828483. You incorrectly recorded address "outside judges walk house". "Residents are planting bushes blocking the footpath ... and state that they have an agreement with camden to do this." On 2 Sep Camden emailed me "investigated and fixed". Nothing has changed and the footpath is still impassable with bushes growing. Please explain what you have fixed, or tell me if there is such an agreement. Thanks

Thank you for your enquiry.
I assume your enquiry is in connection to residents planting within tree pits. Residents are permitted to plant within tree pits, however we take no ownership of this and it is the responsibility of the residents to maintain and not the council's tree team. please visit the council's tree website for more information www.camden.gov.uk/trees
If the plants/shrubs within the tree pit are blocking the footpath please follow up with the street environment team as this is not within the tree teams remit of works.
Kind Regards

Thanks for your fast answer. They are not planting within tree pits but all over 20 metres of the footpath including 20 or so 2 metre bushes. With whom should I take this up? Thanks Daniel
