Pavement completely.blocked by overgrown and low hanging tree from the gardens of 2 & 4 Camden Park Road NW19BG.

There is a lamppost there and pedestrians, wheelchair users and prams cannot get past and have to walk in the road. If there is a car parked there they have to walk around it in a live lane of traffic.

Please resolve asap.
