Kerb by tree outside of No. 31 Oval road

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 01:27, Thu 21 August 2025

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8054237.

The kerb outside of no. 31 next trip the tree has settled in a way that pops car tyres, which has happened to me today.

Due to the tree pushing the kerb outward to a point, the angle and cut of the kerb sits in a way that when attempting to park in the box, the tyre catches and pinches and pops the tyre.

Literally today is the 3rd time this has happened to me personally at this specific location; I'm aware of it it and trying to park sensibly, yet my tyre is damaged - exclusively due to the way this kerb has set.

I'd imagine simply rounding the edge out would help. Because the kerb directly around the tree is new, the edge is at quite a sharp angle. Either way the current layout is damaging my car.
