    More photos...There is an obvious belly in the paving slabs pitching down in the direction of Hair by Fairy and within this vicinity is a water main and inspection chamber. There is no basement beneath this walkway to either opposite tenants.

    It is obvious that a pavement area circa 4m (l) x 2.5m (w) has undulation and within that proximity are the water main and drainage, either of which if had a defect would cause a belly in the pavement. There is also another public concern that this undulation could potentially be a trip hazard.
