Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8009834.

Pavement around bollard is once again broken/lifting and I fell over it and have severely hurt my ribs. This bollard cementing has been repaired a couple of times in last 2 years. I dont know if utility people caused it so have said NO to the question - but they might have.
