Between 32 and 36 Woodsome Road

Reported via mobile in the Dead/Diseased tree category anonymously at 13:54, Mon 11 August 2025

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8009178.

The residents of 32 and 36 Woodsome Rd (there is no 34) are both concerned about this tree for the following reasons:

There has been historic tree damage to number 32, we assume caused by this tree as it is the only tree close to the house.

The tree and tree pit are too large for the pavement. It makes getting out of cars challenging - and dangerous with children. Because of the size of the pit, our bins block the pavement on bin day, making pushing prams past our house difficult and dangerous on a street with many young families.

The roots of the tree protrude from the tree pit, meaning it is difficult to cultivate and becomes overgrown easily. They are also starting to disrupt the pavement, causing trip hazards.

Parts of the tree appear to be dying/dead.

There has been a strange fungus growing on the tree, which is concerning with young children.

We believe that this tree should be removed and something more appropriate in size and planted in its place.
